About the Program

 

Kick-Off Session: 20.05.2026 from 6.00 - 7.30 pm. We start together and build the foundation for your personal state regulation.

Duration: 20.05.2026 - 17.06.2026 Wednesdays, for 60 minutes

Live-Sessions: 1x per week (Wednesdays) Online-Training -  60 Min via Zoom

Between the Live-Sessions: You will receive audio and video files to keep practicing

As part of this 5-week program, you secure the early-bird price of 250 CHF instead of 490 CHF. This group is intentionally kept small so we can work closely and intensively. Once all spots are filled, the group will be closed.

You’ll develop routines for meetings, decision-making,
and high-intensity work phases.

Integration & high-performance routines

Throughout the 5 weeks, you’ll develop your own personalized peak performance routine — tailored to you.
